We were excited that the day for our annual Easter Egg Hunt had finally arrived. Blake had been looking forward to it!
Barrett wasn't old enough to remember going the past years. I will never forget taking him in the front pack carrier when he was just one week old!
This was Brynn's first Easter Egg Hunt!
We waited while the adults hid the eggs.
And then they were off!
I was only able to catch glimpses of the boys as they ran from egg to egg.
Brynn took things nice and slow.
So unlike her brothers.
They were sweet and all three shared eggs.
They were pleased with their finds and excited to see what was inside.
Did I mention that Brynn took things nice and slow?
It didn't take her long to catch on to the concept of hunting for the eggs and she had herself a good time!
And yes, that is Brynn's pink bracelet that Barrett felt the need to wear to the egg hunt.
After all the eggs had been found, it was back to the tables to examine their loot.
They got to pick some candy to enjoy.
A treat for sure!
Our kids are not used to eating much candy... as you can see Barrett went all out!
Head back, candy in.
We have been taking a picture of these three friends at the egg hunt since they have been old enough to walk. My, my they are growing up so fast! Poor Chaney wasn't feeling well this year though :(
This was Carly's first year to join us, and we are so glad she did!
Brynn's little friend Abby Jane was there. They share the same birthday! Abby Jane was giving Brynn a hug goodbye... and kept hugging and hugging. You can see in the last picture that Brynn was done hugging but Abby Jane wasn't! So cute!
We are always so thankful for Chaney's grandparents for hosting such a wonderful hunt!
