Goodbye 2021

Another year has come and gone.
Like the previous year, this one was filled Covid and life revolving around all of the changes that come with that.
This was a year filled with celebrations as well as hard times.  It was a year of growth and change.
We are ready for the newness and fresh start that a new year brings!
Goodbye 2021!

Happy Birthday

Brynn made me a delicious breakfast of homemade birthday waffles to start my special day!
For dinner they took me out to eat at a local restaurant.
The food was good, the atmosphere was fun, the weather was nice, and the company was perfect!
It was a wonderful 43rd birthday!

Christmas Break

We've been enjoying Christmas break!  The Hawkins family came over for dinner and a tour of our neighborhood Christmas lights.
The elves came and brought some extra Christmas cheer!
We've had fun days playing outside with the pups.
Barrett always loves backyard campouts during Christmas break!

Puppies

These two boys have become the best of friends.
We've enjoyed our family dog walks.
Baby Puppy couldn't make it the whole walk tonight.
Good thing daddy had a special place to carry him in to keep him warm!

Progressive Dinner

This year we modified the Progressive Dinner in order to help Elleigh be more comfortable.  We all wore pj's and cut the houses down to only two.
The Estes and Killough families made appetizers for the first stop.  The family members who they drew names for opened their gifts at this house.
The next house was the main course and dessert hosted by the Gillespie and McIntire families.  The names we drew opened gifts at this house.  It just happened to be the two largest families combined at the same house... which made for a really large group opening gifts!
And then it was time for a family picture!
