The Lewis Family

Bill Lewis and his family are moving to Panama to do missionary work.  They had a fundraiser/informational presentation at their church.  We were so honored to attend and speak about our past experience with Bill and his work at Morning Star Foundation.  His work there was an instrumental piece in Brynn's history and story.  We are happy for them and proud of them!

Captain Baxter Stell of Prospect Hill

We had to say goodbye to my best boy.  Captain Baxter Stell of Prospect Hill lived his first 9 years as my Uncle Gerald's loyal companion. When Gerald unexpectedly passed away, Baxter came to live with us.  He was our first family dog and very quickly stole my heart.  He taught me the unconditional love and loyalty of a dog.  He loved to play with his green rope, go on walks, eat yummy treats, and travel with us.  He will forever be my most special and loved boy.

I will miss him terribly, but I'm so thankful for the years I spent with him by my side.

Happy 13th Birthday

Since Kaleb's birthday is on a Wednesday this year, and we have church that evening, we took him out the evening before his birthday.  He chose Yia Yia's House of Gyros for dinner.

We celebrated at home with cake the rest of our crew when we got home from dinner.

He had a fun balloon and breakfast surprise on the morning of his birthday.

Saturday, he invited a few friends for pizza and bowling to top off his big 13th birthday!

Happy 13th Birthday!  I can't believe our youngest child is now a teenager!
