Barrett got 2 tickets in his stocking for the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert.

He and I went, along with Gram and Papa.

It's one of our favorite concerts!

We had fun rocking it out with Gram and Papa!

Passion '23

Rooted in the confession of Isaiah 26:8, Passion exists to glorify God by uniting students in worship, prayer and justice for spiritual awakening in this generation.

Days After Christmas

We enjoy taking it easy and spending Christmas gift cards in the days after Christmas.

Brynn got a Kitchen Aid mixer and has been baking delicious treats!

Merry Christmas

We woke up early this morning to open presents and eat yummy cinnamon rolls before we went to church.  It was a special morning as families (including kids home from college) who are normally spread across 3 different worship services, came together in one service to celebrate the birth of our Savior.

After church we went home and put our pajamas back on for a relaxing afternoon.  We watched Christmas movies and napped on the couch.

And then it was time for all of the family fun to begin!  The whole clan came over to exchange gifts and eat yummy food!

Brynn made my great-grandmother's homemade pancake recipe.  So yummy!

We enjoyed our annual pizza, cookies, and lights night!

We love days at home on Christmas break!

Brynn, Kaleb, and I spent time in the kitchen baking for Christmas Day.

Progressive Dinner

Here we go!  One of our favorite family holiday traditions!

Our Grable Family Progressive Dinner.

We started at the Killough house for appetizers.  

The three of us got to open gifts here since they drew our names.

From here we went to our house for the main course.

We combined so that Auntie could help with the main course.

We drew these names, so they opened here.

Auntie and Uncie drew the names of these cousins, so they got to open here too.

Off to the Gillespie house for dessert and coffee.

Last stop for gifts, and this crew was so patient waiting until the end to open their gifts.

We missed Cade (at work) and Caleb/Maddie who were out of town.

Family Christmas Service

The Wednesday before Christmas we had the Family Christmas Service at church.  The children's choirs performed.  We were happy that Gram and Papa got to come!

We love that all of our little cousins get to share in this together!

The Best of Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our church's performance of, The Best of Christmas. Barrett has worked so hard on playing the music for it, and it was a joy to watch him perform.  We are thankful that our church gives leadership opportunities to our youth.  It makes such an impact on them.
