Brynn's Birthday

Happy 7th Birthday to Brynn!!

 She woke up to the traditional birthday balloons.

 Then off to school we went.

 She was on the morning announcements.

She requested a Bundt Cake, so we got her one.  We sang to her and she blew out the candle.

 She chose Chinese food for her dinner out.

 This was their reaction when we talked out about they are BOTH 7 now! 

Brynn thought it was funny... Barrett not so much.  He informed us that he isn't 7, he's basically 8.

 

Happy Birthday to our beautiful big girl!!!  We love you and loved celebrating your special day!  You bring joy to our lives every single day!!

He Is Mighty To Save

We are so proud that today our cousin and husband followed the Lord in baptism.  They have traveled a hard and painful road the past year, but have chosen to follow the Lord, instead of allowing their hearts to become bitter.  They are an example to all of us!

 Time doesn't heal all wounds, God does.

Brynn's Birthday Outing

Brynn loves art, so I took she and a friend to Painting with a Twist to create their own masterpieces.

 Brynn and her friend Claire, started with a blank white canvas.

 Following the instructors lead, they painted the sky and grass.

 I didn't get any pictures of them painting the tower and hair.

Their Rapunzel masterpieces turned out adorable!  I was impressed!

The girls and I went out for pizza afterwards.

We had a fun time celebrating Brynn!

This and That

Brynn wanted to learn how to wrap presents, then she practiced all afternoon.

 Running errands.  Sometimes the girls just need some time away!

 Tom loves to warm by the fire.

Barrett had his first basketball game of the season.

 Blake was the Name of the Day at Culver's, making his dream come true!

 

Happy 1st Birthday!

 We had fun celebrating our nephew/cousin at his 1st birthday party!!

 Uncle Joshie and Kaleb were both wearing orange, while Aiden and Uncle Beau both had on green.  We had to get a picture of them with their match!

Welcome 2016

Time for a new year.

  Time to reflect on the past year and set goals for the upcoming year. 

Our verse for 2016 is:

"Be still and know that I am God!  I will be honored by every nation.  I will be honored throughout the world." Psalm 46:10



I pray that in the busyness of life that we will make time to be still and focus on God.  As our country turns away from God, I pray that our family will draw closer to Him and honor Him in all that we do.
