New Motorcycle

Robert got his 3rd police motorcycle today.

It's a 2018 Harley Ultra Classic.

He loves it!

Happy 40th Birthday!

Today our favorite guy turned 40!!

We showered him with homemade monkey bread and blueberry muffins for breakfast.

We spent the day at the RV Supersale.  Since we can't camp right now, we knew it would be fun to go look at RV's.  Big ones, small ones, tiny ones, expensive ones... it was fun to get to look inside of them all!

 We met Uncle Robin and his family for dinner to celebrate our 40-year-old twins together.

Solo Contest

Blake had to perform a solo on his horn for a UIL contest.  Each student needed a piano accompanist to play along with them.  They could use someone that the school provided, or find their own.  Blake asked Jake, a great young college student at our church to accompany him.  They practiced by themselves, and then a few days together before the contest.  I stood outside of the room to listen while they performed for the judge. They did absolutely amazing!  They received a 1, which is the highest mark possible.  We are so proud of Blake and so thankful for Jake for volunteering his time to perform with Blake.  It turned a much dreaded and nerve-wracking experience into a fun one for Blake!

3rd Grade Recorder Concert

The 3rd grade recorder concert is always a fun time!

 We are super proud of our girl for practicing the songs and conquering her fear of performing!  She did a fantastic job!

Happy 13th Birthday Blake

Our oldest boy woke up a teenager today!

Since it was a milestone birthday, we took him out for an extra special dinner, just the three of us.  It was a fun night celebrating our 13 year old!

 He requested a homemade Ooey Gooey Cake.

 Jaxson spent the night the following weekend and they played at Urban Air together to celebrate his birthday.

We are so proud of our respectful, responsible young man!

Happy 6th Birthday Kaleb

Our littlest boy woke up a 6 year old today!

His teacher sprayed him with silly string at school.

He wanted to celebrate his birthday at Culver's for dinner.  Afterwards, we feasted on his choice of chocolate cupcakes.

For his birthday outing, he wanted to go skating. We went skating the Saturday before his birthday.

Happy Birthday to our K-Cup short and stout!  Lots of personaility packed into a small package!
